Network Management
We understand that each customer's network requirements are unique. Network Engineering is a task that should be approached on many levels; therefore Wysdom engineers have experience and receive training in many LAN technologies, including network design/installation, system configuration, administration, and training.
Below is a brief list of our areas of expertise in Local Area Networking:

- We are available to upgrade, maintain and service your LAN as needed
- Providing extensive documentation and training to help you manage your LAN and WAN
- Troubleshooting your current network, and help redesign it to facilitate expansion
- Intranet/Internet design and implementation
Hardware/Software support
Not only is each clients need for hardware support different, each section of the clients site may have different needs, so we offer support service flexibility (repair, replace, substitute, regional hot swap), as well as hardware maintenance for servers, PC's, workstations, peripherals and network devices. Including warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.
With PCs accounting for 99% of all desktop machines they tend to be where most problems of your problems lie. Simple things like poor operating system installations can send your network into chaos. We talk to you to find out what you require from your systems and prepare them so that is exactly what they do, making you system far more manageable.
Many network servers are also just beefed up PCs and these need special care because a failure here does not just stop one person working, it stops everyone. A tight server install with careful optimization can provide years of problem free operation.
So if it is Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, NT4, 2000, 2003, 2008 or a Linux Variant we can handle it for you.
Power Management
Very like offsite backup storage, power management is a forgotten domain. Even on small systems a simple battery backup system can allow you to bring down a server in a controlled manner, instead of a flop when the power fails. Power failures account for around a third of all data loss in industry. Don't be caught out when it happens, a small investment in a UPS could save you thousands in the long run.
